Kuli-kuli is a traditional West African snack, especially popular in northern Nigeria. It is a crunchy, protein-rich snack made from roasted groundnuts (peanuts) after most of the oil has been extracted. The peanut paste is mixed with spices (sometimes chili, ginger, or salt), shaped into sticks, rings, or small balls, and then deep-fried until crisp.
